Urbane Concepts is a partnership between principals; Laurence Pinckney and Kenneth Still. They specialize in creative marketing and production for special events.

Laurence Pinckney is a licensed real estate broker with Halstead Property Company in New York City. He is a Gold Circle member and has clients that span the gamut from first time home buyers to celebrities. Commitment to service is his goal. He utilizes his marketing and management skills with customers and clients alike. As a member of Luxury Properties of the World he can handle your real estate needs around the world.

In addition to his burgeoning real estate career Laurence has an extensive background in the entertainment industry. He began his career at 17 with his first professional event with Sister Sledge and Marvin Gaye at Radio City Music Hall. Since then he has worked with many of the legends of the music business including; Patti Labelle, Deniece Williams, Rita Marley and the Wailers, Bettye Carter, Charlie Mingus and others. He has co-produced one film and produced an Off-Broadway play, worked in PR and A&R. Recently Pinckney developed promotions and sponsorship arrangements with corporate clients including Anheuser-Busch, ABSOLUT, HRC, GLAAD, NYC Health Department and others. With his partner Kenneth Still Pinckney produced and created major events in NYC and internationally in the Dominican Republic and Brazil.

Kenny Still is a director and choreographer. Mr. Still has worked with Michael Jackson, Toni Braxton, Joe, Sting, The Rolling Stones, Will Smith, Vanessa Williams, C & C Music Factory, Martha Wash, & more. The former dancer has appeared on top rated television shows such as: Oprah, The Billboard Awards, American Music Awards, BET, Saturday Night Live Disney and the Soul Train Awards. As a teacher, Mr. Still has taught dance all over the United States and abroad including Africa, London, Japan & Italy, bringing what he calls the New York Style to the international scene.
